McGwier Family Law

It is my understanding that Kim McGwier has left her practice as well as over 50 active clients. These clients are now without representation and are each out thousands of dollars paid to McGwier. Having trusted McGwier to service and represent their best interests, they are now left hanging. McGwier seems to have served her own interests by leaving town without notifying her clients as well as keeping their funds. McGwier is being investigated by the Florida Bar.
