The front desk staff was very friendly. They have a complimentary breakfast bar. The pillows were delightful. The hotel is currently going through renovations, but we didn't find it to be a mess. Would stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was less than deplorable!!!!! The first thing to help me form my opinion about the place was the water that was dumped out of the a/c onto the carpet. This was a suite. Every time my family and I went to the restroom, we walked on drenched carpet. The manager came in and brought two hand towels to cover the soaked marsh. Really?!!!!! He also told my husband he would compensate us the next morning. He tried to offer us a 20% discount on a $139 dollar room! Again, REALLY!????? All of the buttons on the antiquated phone were missing; the pool was out of order; the fitness room wasn't opened, we were given 3 sets of towels (I told the person who reserved the room that 4 people would be staying); we had to ask for cover for the pullout sofa and was told there were no more pillows for my 2 daughters; there was no ironing board in the room. maybe that's why the comforter had 2 holes in it; and the breakfast was less than appetizing. Country Inns and Suites has had a great reputation in the past. If they want to keep it, somebody needs to inspect what is expected on a regular basis!

Came into town for unexpected visit. Upon arrival, Ms. Cynthia was extremely kind and pleasant. Currently making mild renovations, but area is very quiet. Room and all areas of the hotel that we encountered were extremely clean. We checked out next day heading back to SC and as luck would have it, I had to have tire replaced after hitting a pothole. After waiting 3 hours for tow (which will get their review soon U0001f62c), I called back to hotel later and Cynthia was again so kind and held room for us. Thanks so much to this location for providing such great service. This will be my hotel of choice with each visit to see my son!

I arrived at this hotel at around 2 pm today. First thing the room does not look as advertised, the pool is inoperable, which it doesn't say online and the hotel is either old or undergoing renovations. I had to move rooms due to the bathroom beimg dirty and refrigerator so built up with ice that it was inoperable. Being that I am in town for a wedding, finding another hotel is next to impossible so i agreed to stay until tomorrow, giving me time to find another hotel. Well I arrived back to the hotel around 1040 pm after a get together. While preparing for bed, I see a roach crawl across the desk. Luckily I was able to kill it but. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. I am also Active duty so I repeat, do not stay here. The room rate was 92 dollars per night and that's with military discount. This place is at most worth a 35 dollar a night stay. Dust everywhere, wet/dirty carpet and just not well kept. It is currently 105 am and this is what I am dealing with. I am in the process of requesting a full refund and for their sakes, I hope it is honored and handled swiftly. . This is ridiculous and an embarrassment to anyone who owns or franchises this establishment. You have a brand new lobby area, boasting a free breakfast bar and amenities but you have roaches and your rooms are below sub par. SHAME ON YOU.n*Update*nAt around 223 am more roaches were coming out of the refrigerator area. I took pictures. I was forced to leave and find a hotel at this hour with my children. Luckily for me the lady at the front desk was able to locate and print me directions to the Holiday Inn in Stockbridge. It's 7 minutes away and was only 2 dollars more but worth to me 150 and up. Please don't waste your time at Country Inns. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and I really appreciate her assistance. I wish I could post these pics.

Everything was fine, except when you go to the bathroom and try to use toilet paper to wipe, it felt like you were going to break your arm trying to get it, and you couldn't see how much you were getting, and it was paper thin. and this one is just a recommendation, I would suggest that you get bigger bottles of shampoo, and that's all hotels/motels. and last but not least I would suggest that all hotels/motels that are handicapped have bidet/washlets
