All of the above. Jeanie can’t answer questions so she says you will get a call back and never receive one. Then when you call back, she still doesn’t have your simple question answered and is going to take the easy route and just say your denied. Thx Jeanie! Ur a doll!
I called to request assistance and went through the initial questions and was transferred to an attorney and after 30 seconds I was told that there was a conflict and they could not help me. They would not tell me what the conflict was or why they couldn't help me.
So far no one has called me back yet
I wouldn't recommend these people to represent you for a parking ticket.
