If you guys could call us back, that would be great. We have two little girls who are waiting on justice for SA crimes done against them. Also wondering why their offender is walking around Virginia a free man instead of being extradited. We’re in contact with all local and major news stations so it’s only a matter of time before we fix this issue so no other family has to go through this.

DA Garza is far too over-concerned with ridding what he defines as corruption in areas of government more than he is with ridding criminals off the streets of a city with a skyrocketing crime rate. In Garza’s 4 years, he has attempted to convict 25+ police officers. To put this number into perspective, Los Angeles’ DA has prosecuted one officer, and Dallas’ DA has prosecuted two. Garza is clearly focused on a problem that does not exist to further his and others political agendas. Police use of force incidents do happen, but are extraordinarily rare in the grand scheme of things. After the riots in 2020, Garza attempted to prosecute around 20 officers. He was unsuccessful in his attempts for all of them and the charges were dropped. Shame on José Garza.

Doesn’t care about the public’s safety. I was the victim of an aggravated robbery, a crime that carries a punishment of 5-99 years in prison. Despite the whole thing being caught on video and there being multiple witnesses, the Travis County DA’s office gave the offender pre-trial diversion which will not only allow the defendant to have their case dismissed, but also expunged from their record, all without serving a day in jail. Vote Garza out of office in 2024

DA rejected my case after my ex boyfriend stole and sold my car ! They said it wasn’t considered theft after doing a “thorough” investigation! I just don’t see how when i had so much proof
