Teresa Hernandez was almost always my point of contact. She was so helpful each and every time I called. She was very patient although I am sure I was not the only case. She always responded promptly to over a dozen emails and helped me navigate the confusing workers comp. world. She helped with literally everything to the point where I was able to focus my time on my healing and was so kind every time I spoke to her. Very understanding, dedicated ambitious character.
