I ordered the black square manning cocktail table. Prior to placing order, I called and confirmed with the online sales team that table was in stock and I would receive it in time. So after confirmation I went ahead and placed order. The table was delivered damaged and replacement table was not delivered in time. I requested numerous times via email and phonecall to send the table via FEDEX or UPS, which they could have after I saw the boxes the table came in. I emailed the customer service dept atleast 20 to 30 times to seek resolution for this matter. The event the table was purchased for was held without the table. I called ATI, local delivery terminal and delivery team atleast 50 or more times to get updates and to schedule delivery. I have spend countless hours on this frustrating ordeal. I have emailed customer service three times to refund my delivery fees and reimburse me for the frustrating ordeal and waste of my time. No response. I have been a faithful customer of this company since 2011, but after this experience they just lost a customer that has spent 75K with them. I would not recommend their furniture or this company to anyone.

Staff is nice. Well kept place.
