These Palm Springs, CA litigation attorneys had diligently worked for and secured a desirable resolution to a very difficult right to view dispute with my neighbor that I recently had to address. The real estate attorneys were able to bring about the exact results we had discussed during my consultation over the phone, and myself and my wife found them extremely personable and easy to work with. After the settlement in my favor was reached, I felt good knowing that the right to make ones home an ideal living environment was protected. Thank you.
These real estate attorneys are AWESOME! The real estate and litigation attorneys at Sussman & Associates in Palm Springs, CA helped me establish the joint tenancy deed and the recording an acknowledged affidavit of death of my father, which let me and my brother avoid being liable for a monstrous tax payment when we sold our father's house. Mr. Sussman and his sharp legal team guided me through the process and eliminated the need for me to go through the headache of probate. With the benefit of the joint tenancy, you saved me tons of money and gave me peace of mind. Thank you for so much!
We were somehow trapped into a $20k timeshare membership. We are smart people but felt cheated and deceived by this resort company. We struggled at the tactics used on us especially since this was our first vacation in over 25 years. We tried multiple times to end the timeshare contract on our own, and even hired a resale company that was expensive and couldn't find us a buyer. Finally we found Real Estate attorney Mitchell Sussman to help us out. He walked us through the process and was very upfront about how long it might take. In the end it didn't seem so long to get us out from a huge, expensive timeshare contract, and we are very relieved. As a timeshare owner you just need to be patient and stay on top of the process.
I contacted this law firm, I have been given the run around since November of 2019. Its now jan 2022. They keep lying to me that they’ll have something by a certain date and keep pushing it back. My timeshare is out of state so they sent it off to another attorney who also does nothing. I contacted him directly and he just sits on the case until the timeshare company lets it go. Doesn't try to negotiate or contact them at all. Ive tried to refinance my home last year and my lender did way more than the attorneys did but its still not resolved. Thanks for taking money and not providing results, attorneys. If you are trying to get out of a timeshare, i suggest anywhere else.
I hired Mitchell Reed Sussman's office to help me get out of my two timeshares. I explained I have numerous medical conditions from 9/11 that have prevented me from using my timeshares, one timeshare of which I had for 15 years. I provided all the medical records confirming my conditions. I also explained I do not want to, nor should I have to, ruin my credit in order to get the timeshare company to allow me to exit, based on the medical documentation. They understood and agreed. I signed a retainer only to learn him and his colleagues wanted me to stop paying the timeshare and maintenance fees, which would have tarnished my credit. When I emailed them questions to make sure we were on the same page, no one wanted to answer them. I was basically put on a conveyer belt and simply just another number. He then said he would stop work on my timeshare and either refund me the $500 I paid up front or have me sign a new retainer, in which he raised the fee by about 2k, that I would have to pay him. After asking for clarification on the grounds he will be getting the exit of my timeshares completed, he once again responded rudely via email, attempted to berate me by lecturing me on how much experience he has and told me I was making libelous statements due to my being wary of those who say they can help get me out of my timeshares, who end up being a scam. Long story short; I got my refund, dealt with my timeshare myself, provided medical records and they allowed me to exit the two timeshares without ruining my credit, without paying any additional money and most importantly, without an attorney... especially one who is unprofessional. Mr. Sussman, you have some audacity to imply I made libelous claims against you. What I said was I am sure you understand my asking numerous questions due to all the scams out there regarding those who say they'll get you out of your timeshare, only to walk with your money. That is not a libelous statement towards you. I saved our email correspondence containing your unprofessionalism, rudeness and abruptness with me, a then, client of yours. Be careful who you threaten to sue, whether directly or indirectly. Folks, if you have illnesses that have prevented you from utilizing your timeshare/s, you can get out of it without paying an attorney. Knowledge and determination can help you achieve that. You don't always have to rely on an attorney to do things you can do yourself.
