I'm quite disappointed with the Service department and with my service advisor. I took my wife's car in early June for some major repairs. I told Gary that there is no rush, as my wife is on summer break. I gave him the extended warranty information that he can call once the diagnosis is complete. He calls me a few days later and lets me know the problem and tells me it's a $4,300 repair. I asked him if he called the extended warranty that I provided and he seemed to be confused but then finally remembered he had it. He submitted all the documents needed and let me know he would call me the next day with an update. No call. So I called him to check status and his phone always goes to voicemail. I tried to text the number that he was texted us at and still no response. Finally left a message to call me back. Another day or so go by and he calls to tell me that the warranty company is going to cover the cost of the repair and that all we are responsible for is the $100 deductible. Great! Let him know that it was still no rush and I was happy it was getting fixed. I get a call today letting me know it was all done. I said great, we will be done there later and take care of that $100 deductible. He goes, "well it's a little more than $100. The deductible is $200 and I told you that the warranty is not covering the little things like the oil filter and brake cleaner and other miscellaneous parts, so the total is closer to $303." I was never told about the extra charges but he insisted we talked about it. So whatever. An extra $200 isn't going to kill me. The wife goes to pick it up, pays the bill and gets in the car. No gas. Tire pressure light is on. Are you kidding? I'm very happy to have the car back but it should be in the same condition from when it was dropped off. Communication was poor and delivery of the car was poor. Thank you for fixing our car. No thank you for lack of communication. I will be taking our vehicles to Riverside Chevy from now on.

Very helpful and professional. Had to drop my truck off for unspecified amount of time for service and they gave me a loaner so as i would still have transportation to/from work (unlike Mountain Views who were of NO HELP at all). Thank you to Gary and Sherry of the service department ....Went to post a review and came upon this I posted a yr ago! Gary is still my guy! Always professional and takes good care of me and my truck every time!

It was the most smooth and easy transaction. You can thank your sales representative Alan Ocana. I could not imagine a greater experience than what Alan provided for me. General Motors and Mark Christopher Chevrolet are lucky to have him.

Jennifer was very good. She took care of my requested service without question. That is unlike my last experience who didn’t perform the recall on the vehicle that I requested because “it wasn’t in his computer” .... pick up the phone and ask someone ya nimrod.

Very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer of M.K. Smith for many many years. I have bought no less than 6 cars from you. I have always been so pleased in the past. I have changed brands and haven't been involved with you for a long time, until a bought a corvette from you last January. I brought it in for the first service since I have owned it. I was watching them getting ready to put the car on a rack and noticed that they were not using the recommended jacking pads [GM part # J 43625] When i asked if they were going to use jacking pads the reply was "what pads?" My confidence level fell to the floor. I don't want to sound petty, but if I know what a Corvette jacking pad is, why don't your Techs?????
