Monique Genchi, Esq.

I highly recommend Monique Genchi as an attorney. She recently saw me through a highly contentious, and before i retained her as new council, drawn out divorce. My only regret in this awful process is not starting with her first. She talks straight, but is very patient. She doesn't waste time on a desirable outcome that is not going to happen. The same as with my marriage, I would prefer an uncomfortable truth rather than a palatable falsehood. With that said, at the end of the day she ended up exceeding the expectations of what i thought i was going to get and quite frankly finally got it done. To anyone reading this, i can not express enough how important the "getting it done" part is. It is nice to have someone return your calls. Last note, unfortunately, i recently had a friend tell me that she and her husband are committing to divorcing after a separation.
