Hands down THE BEST immigration lawyer. I’ve known him for over 15 years (since I was in my mid-teens). He’s helped countless folks in our community and continues to do really amazing work. His wife, Rita, is one of the most pleasant human beings you’ll ever meet. His son also works with him now and is keeping up the family practice spectacularly. If you need immigration help - Monty is your guy. This practice is your place. We spent tens of thousands on other places that are larger in practice and more “well known”. Mr. Chui was very welcoming the moment we entered inside the conference room. He listened to our concerns and was honest in saying that he doesn't file for such visa type. Instead of charging us a fee (one of the lawyers in Marietta did that to us just to say 'NO' for an answer), he referred us to an attorney who does handle cases like ours.
