I had a simple divorce and child support case; The case got thrown out because Mooney Law didn’t do any work aside billing. This law firm is well renown for ambulance chasing, but maybe they should try practicing law. $20,000 and two years later, I am still married, but separated for many years, and there is no child support because of this hack law firm. Any other law firm would have been a better investment. A freshman in college would have done a better job at such a simple task.

I contacted Jason Imler regarding a minor personal injury auto accident. He directly answered the phone and took the time to provide general legal guidance. There is no need for litigation as the claim is minor. However, he answered my questions and treated me with empathy and consideration. I’m most appreciative of his time and would highly recommend his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Clayton Lingg. We hired him to do a trust for my mother a few years ago and were very pleased with how he not only dealt with her and all our questions but also with the overall professionalism. We were so pleased that we also hired him to do a trust for my father and his wife. Since then I have contacted Clayton many times as both my parents relocated to another state and in dealing with switching everything over to new homes there, they ran into a few issues in the new state. He is always super responsive to my questions and so helpful. I have to say I was rather shocked because he really didn't need to be since their business with him was completed and they had relocated. I'd highly recommend Mr. Lingg to anyone looking for help with eldercare law.

Lady was rude when inkine hours say they close at 7 so I show up at 530 pm to go pay off my lawyer when she tells me I cant just walk in and pay and they close at 5 pm and have for over a year. Than I think they need to change their online hours.

2/25/2020 not a lot to update you about Mark's paralegal(Beth) moved on to other things and was replaced by Miss Paula who is by the way awesome I haven't done a lot of talking to Mark directly with regard to Worker's Compensation because mainly it's just a paper chase so far I haven't had any issues I do what I need to do and focus on my health and well-being. Regarding Jason there's not really a lot to tell you there either it's a process it's slow but what I can say is that his team is attentive and responsive to my emails other than that I am satisfied 12/9/2019 so far Mooney hands are tied until things progress. Really cant speak on service…will update in the future. 8/25/2019 Hired for WC and VA Car Accident I have recently obtained representation by Mooney via Mark and Jason. So far I am happy and satisfied....Haven't dealt much with Jason's paralegal Jen, so for now no comment. Marks paralegal Beth is awesome, quick to respond, attentive despite being busy, polite and respectful all the time.... During my first consultation I met both lawyers at the same time. These guys are down to earth and realistic which I respect above all else. I will do a follow up in the near future. 10/1/2020 Haven’t really got a lot accomplished the wheels turn slow money loss so far if I had to give them a 1 to 10 I would say a 7. Mark‘s paralegal Melissa is absolutely fabulous and on top of the game Jasons paralegal Jennifer is second but yet awesome as far as the attorneys themselves I really don’t talk to them unless I have to I go through the paralegals and so far so good everything is been satisfactory I don’t always like what they say sometimes I don’t even agree with them but they have a job to do whether I agree or not 12/15/2020 Well the cases are finally over and were brought to settlement I am overall satisfied with the outcome and as I said in a previous post the wheels turn slow. As far as attorney Mark goes I love his style his approach and his ability to communicate basically on everybody’s level I would highly recommend Mark and his paralegal they are above and beyond top-notch As far as Jason goes well let’s just say he gets the job done in my own personal opinion believe he has a personality of a rock but that doesn’t take away from his effectiveness to do his job Overall I will get Mooney Law five stars
