Mr. Mooney represented my mother in a divorce. She lived in her home since she was 18 yo. (54 yrs).Her home was paid for -until she remarried a man of 10 years. He convinced her to take out a home loan to get his name on the house. He wanted to divorce her because she had early Alzheimer's. We picked Mr. Mooney as her attorney. She got left with the remaining mortgage and paying her ex an additional $35,000. She got screwed! He look like a passive beagle and the other attorney was the pitbull. I would not recommend him -especially if you're a woman.

I Have a legal plan thru my employer - I can choose form numerous attorneys , but I keep going back to Mr. Gilboe - Great guy, very professional, easy to understand, and most importantly gets results Highly Recommend!
