Worst lawyer around. He says he is always there to talk to you. That's a lie. I had to threaten to get another lawyer just to get him on the phone. His motto is " a slip and fall is a slip and fall" . No matter what or where it happened. He was the first attorney I ever dealt with so I trusted him. Not once did he mention I could get a second opinion. He prepped me 5 minutes before a deposition. I'm still in pain 6 years later . He got me a settlement though. I would give it back to get out of this pain. He will say I never complained about the settlement. I didn't know there were other options. He just wanted the money quickly. He does not care about the client.

My claim settled a year ago but I just saw him on a commercial and thought let me do a review. Him & his assistant are amazing. She always got in touch with me and kept me up to date.
