Jerry Jackson poorly communicated his strategy? And the forward movement and procedures. We took him at his word, had to continually reach out to him and got the run around with no call backs. I would not recommend him to assist in any manner. He was not helpful and I would not hesitate to say he did not have our best interests in mind.
