I don’t have a law degree and I am sure I would’ve done better a better job working my case. COVID was challenging but not sending emails to give updates is outrageous. In my opinion they lack professionalism and communication skills. But hey to each their own.

I was under the impression you hire a lawyer to do a job and keep you informed about the process. Not duck my emails and force me to be calling to try and get a hold of some one. I understand Covid is confusing times but a simple email updating your clients would suffice.

They dont help you for anything, waste of time and money.
