I am being sued by this company and I was making payments to them as requested until I encountered a financial hardship. I lost my job twice in 2022, and didn’t collect unemployment until January to April of 2023. I told Nikki I couldn’t afford to make any payments with the little amount I received from unemployment. Instead of me having money for food and daily necessities I ended up giving the company 2/3 of my unemployment which was less than $360. Very heartless workers. I pray that they don’t find themselves going through something and encounter people just like them. They have threatened to freeze my accounts until I paid them. The payments aren’t even for them. I learned two things 1) not to deal with Ford and their car salesmen, 2) civil court personnel’s are not civil. I wouldn’t do business with these people even if they were the only legal company left. I was being talked down to and they made it seem like I intentionally was avoiding paying my bills. Literally before April of 2022 I made all my payments on-time and was achieving my financial goal of being debt-free. Unfortunately, I was fired after an injury at work. I couldn’t afford proper treatment, food, gas, and it was a very low moment in my life. However, God provided for me when I needed it the most. I know he will make a way for me to get this people off my back. I would rate them 0 stars for their poor customer service and ill-treatment. I hope that they see these reviews and consider their ways. No one deserves to mistreated or talked down to at any time of life. It’s always important to show compassion because you never know who people turn out to be. The same ones you mistreat may be the ones you need later on. You reap what you sow, and the seed this company has planted produces nothing good.

The worse communication, I’m on a payment plan and I usually make payments on the pay portal , but to do so you must have a checking account set up on the portal which I did have. I no longer have the checking account but trying to make the payment from another payment source and there’s no option,. I called Nicole Cohen to inform and assist me in making the payment. but she’s not answering, you can’t leave a voice message unless u go through the receptionist who’s really rude and mean. Anyway I’ve left messages for Nicole 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back from her .. now today I’m calling back and no one’s answering phones ! Are these the only 2 people in this office cause this is ridiculous. I’m 3 days late making my payment which isn’t my fault but I’m sure they will fault me for their horrible lack of communication.. I wouldn’t doubt they sit there and look at caller ID and ignore certain calls smh it’s a shame but The Lord God I serve always fights my battles .. and vengeance is his

This company does not even get a star!!! They are the worst of the worst to deal with. It has been months since I have settled with a collector and it is almost a year later and this law firm has yet to update my collector, myself, or answer any calls. The associates are rude with a horrible demeanor and they don't keep a proper paper trail. If anyone knows of a way that I can seek legal action against this law firm please inform me.

Incredibly Unprofessional!!!! Horrible customer service!!! This business is the bottom of the barrel. Whatever your interest or inquiry is, do yourself a huge favor and....USE ANYONE ELSE!
