Morgan cunningham is lazy as an appointed lawyer. I know there has got to be some more he could do and maybe would if he were acting as our hired lawyer. Going on 3 years waiting for a court date and my daughter is at a rehab for 6 months now...did a year color code before plus na meetings and such..is being told she will do color code again when she does get out in about 6 months, she has paid fines; still paying for a wrongful charge against her and he hasn't concerned himself with her case for anything. When I talked to him he did not even try to act at all like he cared. Find another lawyer this guy is not a worthy lawyer.

Took over 6 months to get into court , when we got in there all he had to do was file a standard visitation motion. Never did and never heard from him again.made numerous phone calls and sent just as many if not more emails. It was a simple child custody exchange. And he is reason why I'm still in a custody battle for my daughter two years later. bad business!!!

The e business I work for has treated a few clients of this firm. They are absolutely pleasant to talk to and work with. I really was impressed with the way the staff treated the medical providers. Thank you for the great experience
