So far to date between both claims, everyone has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic, which I really do appreciate top-notch service so far

They are all very professional as well as my attorney Mr. Deveev. I wish the outcome would have been more favorable towards me personally, but overall it was as expected. Jessica, one of the assistants, was very pleasant to deal with overall. Regardless, I do thank them for their services.

They took my case 3-1/2 years ago. It should have been an easy win. They now will not answer my emails nor provide me with an update. Their attorney told me “they aren’t going to pay much!” I have a fractured spine - I think that’s worth something. When they took the case, I was told it was worth 1 million!!!

I only dealt with one person never spoke with the attorney did not feel I had a team behind Always had to call to get updates. The person I dealt with was great he called back immediately. I felt like a nobody because my case was small.
