At first my experience with Morgan and Morgan was not great. I felt the original lawyer on my case did not care at all. I wasn't even asked about my settlement and accepted whatever was offered there was no communication from her at all. However after speaking with client services they were able to assign my case to a wonderful woman Brittany Sugrim. She was able to finish up my case and expedite everything quickly. She restored my faith in Morgan and Morgan.

Take 4 years and my case is stuck right now I don't recommend anybody to take Morgan and Morgan. They don't take care of me and the communication is 0. My attorney is Christopher Path and his assistant Lindsey Spring and they don't have any communication at all. I texted, and emailed them and the last time that I heard from Linsdey Spring was around a year ago is unacceptable in this time frame. I feel so frustrated about this and I feel nobody care.

I had an amazing experience with Morgan and Morgan. Brittany Sugrim was extremely helpful every step of the way and she made sure to always keep me updated on the progress of my case. Thank you so much again!

I’m becoming very unsatisfied with how Britni and the lawyer are handling my case, i was told the insurance sent them a check over two months ago and i still haven’t received anything. I was told that the billing company for university of orthopedic wasn’t responding back to Britni, but when i contacted university of orthopedic, they said they’ve tried to contact her multiple times and said they even asked for Britni by name, and that she doesn’t picks up when they call. Which I believe cause she never picks up when I call. I finally got a hold of Britni and she said it’s probably going to be another 30 days … so they are just going to hold the funds for over three months??? I need real answers because this is becoming VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Worst experience I ever had after having my case for about 5 months they just dropped me totally.... Attorney Dan newlin and his office got me the results.
