Morse Law, LLC

Reviews

We highly recommend Morse Law LLC. Todd and James have been very effective in communicating with us every step of the way, filed our BK in a timely fashion and were able to get a garnishment stopped before it fully took us out. There is a lot of paperwork and time that go into these. I don't understand nor agree with the 1 star reviews. We have had nothing but positive, professional and life saving interactions with Morse Law LLC! We HIGHLY recommend their team!
My experience with Todd was great. It was many years ago, but it was quick and easy.
The experience was a lot easier with Todd & James because they would always answer my questions and return my calls. Once I got them all the documents, it was a quick process. Worth the money!
So I have them $500 to file for bankruptcy. Found a better way to fix my credit instead of taking easy way out. On Aug 22,2016 I called and asked for my refund back. They told me to send a letter. I did what was asked of me and to call in 3weeks. Apperantly nothing was being done! Called every week to every other week. Spoke with James (which I may say he has amazing customer service, very polite) it is now Jan 20, 2017!!!! And I have come to the office to retrieve my money. It's sad that it has come to this! I will keep you updated every hr. ????
Not sure why this office got poor ratings. I can only assume from people who don't know how the process works. You cannot expect a bankruptcy to be done overnight. It's a long process, no matter where you go. They can only do things as fast as the courts will allow. The attorneys were super understanding and non judgmental to me. Filing a bankruptcy is an embarrassing process, but Mose and Accociates made me feel nothing but comfort in my situation. Everything was done timely and just as promised. I even call them 2 years later with questions and they happily help me out in any way possible. After you're discharged, it's important to pull your 3 credit reports to look for inaccuracies and get them fixed right away because sometimes the bureaus do not update accordingly.
