Went to see them through my EAP for a free consultation. Discussed some options for a POA for a family member. At no time did I commit to anything or sign a contract, yet I was later given a bill for the paperwork that was completed. When I did call to take care if the bill, the attorney (in my opinion) was very unprofessional and rude. Given my stressful situation, I did not need their attitude.

Will not respond to several emails I sent regarding my divorce. My ex is their client and they won't respond to my emails concerning the divorce proceedings. When I called the other month the person who answered the phone was very rude.
