He didn't charge us extra for the time or the travel and we wound up with the perfect ceremony, had amazing pictures and was NOT concerned about us coming back to pay. I worked specifically with Collin Mettelka. In our interactions on the phone he was very pleasant and professional but I will say the laissez faire attitude and lack of attention to detail led to basic documentation mistakes that really shouldn't have been possible. Not to mention they are fairly archaic in that the only form of payment they accept is a check that can either be dropped off or mailed, quite an inconvenience for an out of state client.
