They are not professional and responsible. Charge you so much all the way but do not solve the case finally. People are nice, however, they cannot really help your problems.

Home closing, refused to meet at registry of deeds or neutral site. Home in Rockland, buyers from Quincy. Then waited to efile deed (4 hours) which is more expensive and lazy. Finally wired my money too late Friday so I couldn't get it until Monday. All after they wouldn't release a check to me and my 1 hour ride home which wound up in traffic. Oh yeah, they charge $45 to wire your funds. Terrible experience.
