Administering a trust is not an easy job. I have been the trustee for my aunt’s trust, and as I have been managing these affairs in the last year, I have been fortunate enough to work with Mason and his team at Murphy Brawley. They have been helpful, professional, and friendly all throughout a complicated trust administration process, and had I not had their support and guidance, I would have been absolutely lost. My situation was particularly complex for a few reasons: • First, the trust itself was created by another attorney who had retired, so Mason had to step in and figure out our situation. Mason was always calm and professional, and he offered clear and solid advice on the many questions – big and small – that I had. I was a first-time trustee, and I needed direction on how to best handle my aunt’s wishes. Mason was a great partner throughout this process, and I’m happy to say that the trust’s administration went very well. Mason is as solid of a character and estate-planning lawyer as they come. He is deliberate, thoughtful, and is an individual of the highest integrity.
