Scheduled a video Closing. No contact from firm prior to closing. I had to contact at last minute night before to say we had received nothing. They claim they Fed Ex’d closing package to the wrong address and it was returned to them. When requesting those documents I. The envelope that was returned, David Merino ghosted. Complete liar. No one in that office is honest enough to tell me the truth about what happened. David Merino is unresponsive and cares ZERO about clients except to get his money from a closing. He doesn’t return messages and has apparently trained his staff to do the same. Sleazy firm and I am so sorry they got a penny from me for my closing.

Realtor: I will always recommend using this closing attorney to all my clients and I always use them on my personal deal! Best option around and they treat us like family! Thanks David!
