My partner got bit in the face by a dog, an attorney at this firm took her case & after a year - the firm stated the attorney she was working with quit, and they are releasing the case because they don't feel she has one. nSeemed very strange and not to mention their percentage was a little excessive at 40% and 60% client.

My husband was referred to Brad in early March by a mutual friend for the handling of a Personal Injury case. This friend spoke so highly of Brad and insisted we hire him so we made an appointment for March 19th at 1pm. Brad's assistant called to cancel it at 12:40. Both of us had taken off of work for that appointment. To avoid taking off more work, Brad was supposed to call the next day to do a phone consult, but that call never came. My husband called him instead and was told Brad was out of town for the next week. He went in to the office anyway and the assistant scanned all of his paperwork for Brad to review when he returned. That was March 28th and still no word. My husband called Brad again last week in one last attempt to seek his services, but was again told he was out and would call him back. He did not call. EVER. In 5 weeks. Not even to say he did not have time or interest in the case. Moral of the story, don't call Brad if you need reliable representation.

Brad Kaplan and his staff are very professional and actually spend the time to understand your case before just accepting it. Very strong firm with strong ties to the community and it's values. I Highly recommend this attorney for Malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases.
