This is a delayed review. I was referred to attorney David Nacht in 2017 by an attorney friend of mine. He said he was highly recommended. Turned out to be not worth it. I had an an issue I needed to resolve and it was a clear-cut case. Despite the contingency nature of the case, Nacht asked me for $2500 up front--which I paid through a credit card. He said I have a solid case and that's all he does-employment cases. He made promises he never kept, not even simple actions. That money was wasted. I am not exaggerating if I say he did absolutely nothing at all. In the end, he advised me to take care of my health and let the issue go. THAT'S IT! His do-nothing attitude discouraged me from pursuing what could have been a great case. I want a refund of the fee that he did not deserve.
