These reviews aren't wrong. 5 stars is NOT enough!!! I give him 10! I hired Brad after months of dealing with CPS alone and getting absolutely nowhere. Best decision I ever made!! Within just 2 weeks of taking the case, Bradley had negotiated a plan with CPS to bring me and my babies home to see their dad for the first time in 2 months. When Bradley got our case, he immediately jumped in and wanted to know everything he could to represent us the best way possible. He communicated quickly and clearly through email and over the phone. If I had a question, he had an answer. Straight to the point and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a CPS case. Don't do it alone! Let Bradley speak for you. You won't regret it!!

Agreed with the other reviews, 5 stars is definitely not enough! I would recommend Brad to anyone! Velma and he were absolutely amazing!! Very quick, very responsive, and truly have your best interest at heart. Brad went above and beyond for me! I can't thank him enough for all of the advice and hard work on my behalf. Very grateful for the Scalise Law Firm!!

Well I'm not able to speak on how well he does his job but I can't speak on his office and their inability to properly communicate with somebody who is attempting to get a consultation. If somebody has stopped picking on a certain type of case that you are supposed to be checking on getting a consultation for then you should get back to the potential client and let them know those types of cases are no longer taken at your Law Firm.

If CPS becomes involved with you and your family PLEASE HIRE THIS MAN I stand behind my statement with 1000% confidence. He has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to this agency and having his representation saved me my family and my world. My involvement with CPS: The first month of my baby's life everything was great and I was working with CPS from day 1 but by the end of month 1 they came back with new evidence from the same incident and I had to place her out or the home. I will never forget the no notice just show up and tell me she needs to go with family immediately or severe consequences would insue. All in 3 hours I was told the news, she was no longer with me AND they set visitation hours for MY BABY. TRuly since I was working with cps already and begged for different solutions to no avail- I felt this was unjust and I found Scalise Law firm that night. I was involved with cps for a total of 2 months which is unheard of and only because Mr Scalise was representing me for that second month. If I had not she would still be with family and not in my arms as I type this. Again, If you're reading this contact him asap.. cps is not on our side and are subjective when it comes to what's best for your child. Mr. Scalise has the authority to communicate with cps and advises it because in my experience my investigator was adamant that I admitted certain things he believed were true and since the case was closed in less than 30 days with Mr Scslise representatiing me- you can see the cps worker's beliefs were so wrong and I could still be paying for it.

Bradly Scalise is a top shelf lawyer!! He has always come through and is a recommended lawyer for whatever your needs may be!! He gets results and is very professional at his job!! He is a blessing!! If I could I'd give him 10 stars!!
