Top Notch legal firm for our HOA. Have personally worked with both Craig Zaller and John Tsikerdanos as they were hired during our transitionary period from developer to resident owned HOA. They inherited some immediate legal issues and successfully worked with the board to resolve while protecting our HOA members financially in both the short and long run. They have the highest integrity and are very good communicators with the legal resources to tackle a diverse set of issues. As a board member, I feel very fortunate to have the support of this firm.

I have records of trying to contact this company over a dozen times. They do not return phone calls, specifically Janet Kidwell and Laura Cury, who I have left messages for both in voicemails and with the main receptionist. If you have to work with them I certainly hope you get a response because as of now I am close to 8 months without a return call/letter/email or any time of communication.
