Mr. Nalder is very professional. He listened to my most pressing concerns and helped me deal with them before they were serious problems. If I had not followed his suggestions my situation would have been very hard to handle. He is tough, which is sometimes essential but always very fair. Lance is a good guy, just super expensive and he loves to nickle and dime, he loves to file motions, he loves to send letters, send e-mails, faxes, and anything he can do to charge a few extra bucks. He talks a big game, charges an inconceivable amount of money for his services while the results are the same as you might get elsewhere for exponentially less money. Don't believe me? Call a few lawyers in Idaho Falls and see what they say, don't take my word for it. If you shop around, you'll find a lot better person to deal with and will save a TON OF MONEY. Peace!
