Nancy took care of both a complicated Medicaid application and settling an estate. She is very knowledgeable was able to answer any questions I had. I was confident in her expertise and ability to handle both tasks to a successful completion.

Unfortunately there isn’t a zero star rating. The most unprofessional, lack of care or concern, disorganized, lack of attention to detail ever imaginable. After thousands of dollars prepaid upfront (what was I thinking?) we received boiler plate documents. It took over a year to finalize. The mistakes made were inconceivable.: for example, Assigning POA responsibility to the wrong person, misspellings, grammatical mistakes etc. The number of drafts totally unacceptable for stupid mistakes. ! Ms Busch lacks compassion, a sense of urgency and total disregard for her clients needs. Forget asking any questions or explanations, she has little patience explaining the documents. She has your money, so why bother. She preys on the elderly and offers no value add. A total waste of time, money, and energy. I could have prepared the documents using the internet.

Nancy was great to work with and with the handling of my father's estate and inheritance tax returns. Gave me lots of great advice. Prompt service to! Again, Nancy did another fine job in correcting problems which were created internally by the PA Inheritance Tax offices on my father's estate. Nancy was the most unpleasant, most unprepared attorney I have ever come in contact with. We met with her at the end of feb, 2021, regarding my mother becoming the executrix for her parents estate. Emailed many times asking for the same information over and over again, five months later still had nothing prepared. She did absolutely zero work on the estate and sent us the itemized bill when we asked for our retainer fee of 1500 dollars back....she actually had the audacity to charge us 300 dollars an hour when she reviewed emails from us explaining she had all the information already provided to her. We have since fired her and gone elsewhere and they are helping us petition for our retainer back...she also has zero empathy, she asked to have my deceased grandmother come in and sign documentation....just awful, absolutely awful. Please, find yourself a different attorney that has compassion and actually cares, Nancy is not the one.
