Legal battle over and finally feel free to talk about what an absolute waste of a lawyer Brian Nash is. Hired him in 2019 and he did absolutely nothing. Brian was impossible to get on the phone and when an appointment was scheduled he always missed it because he was catching a flight or doing something else completely ridiculous. Once I did get him on the phone he did not have a clue who I was or what state I was from. On my first court appearance I had to drive 7 hours for him to be late for showing up and to tell me that he had just continued the case anyways. Something he could have told me a number of times before I drove and booked a hotel room. Multiple court dates went by and he still had not done anything and was still confused on where I lived in the first place. Between his tardiness in court, his inability to do any preliminary case work, and the cringe worthy amount of selfies this guy posts I had finally had enough and I called to fire him. Of course he immediately returned my call that time but it was too late. Best thing I ever did for my case was throw away the $1500 and fire Brian Nash. A year and a half from the date I hired Nash I was finally able to resolve my case with a very highly regarded Franklin attorney.
