Brian Nash was an excellent attorney for me. It was a very nerve-wracking experience receiving my first speeding ticket, but Brian was able to make the legal process smooth and painless. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Should get 0 stars. Worst Lawyer ever. Can’t get a word in edgewise or show any amount of emotion over your case. Doesn’t represent anyone with family needs, don’t even bother if you DONT live in Nashville directly. He won’t assist. You can reply with lies to my review all you want to. But I, Taylor didn’t have a drug charge. While you’re falsely applying information in response to a review you earned. I was polite, urgent, appalled at your responses and simply trying explain a situation that this attorney agency had absolutely no time to bother to listen to or show ANY amount of care or respect at all as a client. But yes, let’s discuss why we weren't good clients. First off, she’s not my sister but she’s Like a sister to me. We were both present at the the time the occurrence happened and we’re both desperately in need of someone with any ounce of emotional support or even the ability to understand the kind of situation we were put in. I’m truly glad you showed your true colors really early. I’ve never in any amount, shape, fashion or form ever been treated this way by any legal help agency ever.

Nash is a great attorney who is well versed in criminal law. He explained the ins and outs of the DWI process so I could easily understand them. If you’re looking for a lawyer with your best interest in mind, he is your guy!

5 out of 5 got the case dismissed on the second court date. Brian called when I first contacted him about my case we talked for about an hour. After I told him what happened and my side of the story he explained to me the law and how he would guide me to winning my case: 1. stay out of jail; 2. limit the damage to my record and 3. get my life back on track. He understood me and my situation. With determination and conviction he said "I will either get this case dismissed (which he did) or reduced to a lesser charger".
