Paid for their services and have had really poor customer service in the past few years. Rude staff on phone. They have a 'couldn't care less' attitude on the phone and hang up as quickly as they possibly can. Called twice just now and both times got rude, nasty women on other end of phone. Don't give these people your money.

This company is a joke! I don’t know why Freedom debt relief would associate with them. All they want is to collect money and no help is offered. You’re better off going to the court house yourself....
