Did not catch a name, but one of the secretary ladies is down right rude. The first time I had my bad experience, I just let it go, figured she was having a bad day... I have had terrible service both inside the lobby and via phone on several occurrences. When I went in the lobby, no one was at the front desk but I could hear a lady on the phone, so I waited patiently. I heard her hang up, and then I rang the bell for service. Before she came out to help me I herd her say 'jesus Christ, really?!"... then there is the phone service... every time I call for help, the lady makes me feel like I'm an idoit or something, when really all she has to do is listen to what I'm saying...
