This lawyer is the worst of the worst. We were trying to buy a new construction and use him as the buyer lawyer. First he suggested to close without inspections saying new construction doesn't need inspection. Then he suggested to close when the driveway is completely unfinished. In the email, he said we MUST close at that day. We eventually fighted back and postponed the closing for a few days to let the builder complete the missing items. Then we asked for the closing cost a few days before the closing but never received a reply until the evening right before the closing, leaving us almost no time to prepare the bank check. In the last he even asked for bank check for his lawyer fee, which I never heard of. I feel like he is working for the seller, not the buyer.

This Lawyer likes to try to intimidate women from my wife experience and he married to Mara… the owner of Homes By Mara. From doing business with her, found her to be very unethical in her practices. Go elsewhere instead of using this couple. Terrible people!! And I find it almost sad that Mara had to write a positive post about her husband to try to drum up business. I would believe the negative posts, because obviously the positive ones are most likely fake

This experience has not only been the easiest as far as effort put-forth on their behalf, but it was also the quickest and most effective. This is my husbands law firm. I can tell you that he personally cares for his clients & their files. Just like when he was a NYC firefighter, he will run into a burning building to save you. He has a full time paralegal, a bank closer and a full time legal secretary so the phones gets answered and your questions can get answered timely. His firm is truly the best!
