Navigato & Battin LLP

Three months ago I retained Dan Navigato of Navigato & Battin and I am incredibly grateful I did. As I launched a new business and storefront in Vista, it became clear that I needed a ninja to negotiate a partnership dispute and resolution. Dan had a way of refocusing me when I was upset without hurting my feelings or being dismissive. And I know he is a good person and cares because he checks on me from time to time to see if I'm OK. That is hard to find in an attorney! Not only did he save my business and brand, but then he had his associate Bree Collins sort out my train wreck of an S-Corporation. She is very savvy with legal entities and my company is now on point in all regards. She has also taken time to educate me so I can manage the corporation correctly and legally. They have my entire corporation safeguarded at their office, and I sleep better at night knowing they are in my corner. Their fees are very fair and transparent, and I felt consistently that they tried to keep them as minimal as possible. Take my advice and call them if you are experiencing a business or partnership dispute, if you've received a threatening letter that is business related, or if someone has filed a business related lawsuit against you. Trust me, you need this team on your side. Good lawyers are hard to find and I am fortunate to now be in their referral network. Just today Dan referred me to a colleague for a different specialty matter and I'm equally impressed so far.
