He doesn't return phone calls. He didn't notify me there was a mediation until the morning of. The mediation had to be postponed. When we did have it, he did not make sure the the mediator knew my mother had left me all her personal property. He and mediator worked all day to divide all personal between my brother and me. He spoke to me slowly as though I was unable to follow unless he did so during every encounter. He works 4 days a week. It was obvious there was a dislike for me.
