The staff at NRS is amazing. I am always confident when I have clients closing at Neel, Robinson and Stafford. Samantha and Will are always super helpful and make my clients a top priority.

NRS did not receive funds from our buyer by closing and instructed us to hand over keys without all of the money in escrow. Since the buyers did not pay, we (obviously) did not allow the buyers to take possession at closing. I believe this interaction resulted in racial accusations towards myself and my agent. It is also my belief that this situation could have been handled better by having the buyer's down payment wire in hand prior to closing. Based on my experience I would not recommend.
