I got there number from one of my best friend and I requested for GC process and they charged me $550 and $200 for consultation and wasted 2 months of my valuable time. The main person whom you contact will talk to you on phone and handover it to her assistant and they will keep dragging it for months. I was fed up and asked for a refund at-least $550 but they said no. They replied that they wasted their valuable time on me but it’s not true. They think that you have no choice. They blame you for nothing and lie that they tried to contact you through email and phone call but they won’t. This is a genuine review and if you still wish to try then go ahead.. Now I’m with a best American attorney who have almost completed half of my process. I’m very happy with them. I thank god for saving my money and time.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY WILL EAT ALL YOUR MONEY & WON'T SHOW YOU THE RIGHT PATH, INSTEAD THEY WILL SCARE YOU TO MAKE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU! I had the worst experience with them. My parents Immigrant Interview was scheduled on March 29th 2022, initially they told me that my parents had to get another PCC done because it's validity is over. When I checked with other folks and on Travel Gov website the validity was 2 Years. One legal path had us worried and this shows that they are not aware of the changing of the requirements and laws at all. Additionally, they asked me to re-schedule the Immigrant Interview as it was 7 days left for the interview for my parents and we didn't have a Biometrics scheduled as my parent's cgi federal account was locked, Instead of helping and getting that account unlocked, they asked me to re-schedule and asked $750 extra to do so, Which I was able to do myself within 1.5 hours by calling the traveldoc office. It clearly shows that how greedy they are and they do not care about your case at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED by their UNPROFESSIONALISM in their services.
