My husband and I had the great experience of hiring Kapesh Patel as our lawyer in a very unfortunate situation that really rocked our world. We needed to make sure the truth was revealed and Justice was served. My opinion of the Justice system was ruined and I didn’t have a great deal of trust in lawyers before we found Mr. Patel! His honesty, integrity, responsible nature, and perseverance really gave us confidence and in the end an amazing result!! I appreciate his straight forward attitude and truthfulness during the entire process! His kindness and hard work will not be forgotten!

After going through the process in hind-sight. We could have easily done the process by ourselves. We had a straight forward case. When we came to Mr. Patel he told us that he would be prep us for the interview via in-person mock interview and also be at our interview. He provided us the application which we filled out and there were things that we didn't know how to fill in and we expected Mr. Patel and his team to screen and make sure everything was ready for the process. When it came time to review the application with Mr. Patel and his team. We naturally assumed that everything was filled out free of errors and we signed. We obviously had questions and felt that his responses are adequate at the time. When our interview date was scheduled Mr. Patel would only prep us over the phone and it was very difficult to get hold of him. But when pressured he would respond. This is not what we expected but we expected a scheduled in-person mock interview with him. During the phone prep for interview he said he would not be appearing with us in our interview. On the day of our interview the interviewing officer basically said that because we have a lawyer that submitted our paper work that they needed to be present or we cannot do the interview. The officer then gave us the option to sign a waiver removing the lawyer and then we could do the interview. During the interview the interviewing officer pointed our several errors on the application and as we are looking at it we realized that is our application which we filled out and not one revised by the lawyer. This caused a month in delay for the approval decision. We understand that delays would normally happen and revisions to applications can be made. But we feel like the application could have been filled out more professionally and screened better as the interview officer did. I would have been for Mr. Patel to have attended the interview so that he could catch his mistakes and do better for future clients. But when we pointed this out to him he just ignored it and said this was normal. We would have probably given him 3 stars but we felt he is undeserving because of the errors in application that could have easily been avoided and his attitude towards us after we pointed out some of the things that were mentioned above for him to be better. We expected better for a paid service!

I’ve used the offices of Kapesh Patel on two separate occasions, for both my immigration and family issues. He is professional, efficient, and honest (which we all know is hard to come by in attorneys). While no one wants to need an attorney, I’m glad to have found Kapesh Patel and highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend Kapesh Patel if you are in need of an attorney. He is attentive, determined, and truly cares about his clients. To give backstory, my legal battle began in August 2018. I was referred to Mr. Patel through Bryan Wong, another outstanding attorney, who felt Mr. Patel would be able to attend to my case appropriately. Upon meeting Mr. Patel, I was struck by his candor and confidence that we could get the desired outcome for my case: dismissal. Mr. Patel attended court with me 8 times in a 14-month period, working each time to talk with the District Attorney to handle my case appropriately. I had a license on the line that would be revoked if I were to be convicted, which would have effectively ended my career. Mr. Patel did not give up until a viable option that would save my career was presented before us. Eventually, through Mr. Patel’s hard work and dedication, the District Attorney agreed to let me enter the DEJ program (Deferred Entry of Judgment), which required me to take a course, stay out of legal trouble for a period of time, and give up some of my constitutional rights temporarily. Upon successful completion of these requirements, I would have no charges against me, I could keep my license and not report anything to the licensing board, and my case would be dismissed. I am happy to say that as of today, my case is dismissed and I am free and clear! I am eternally grateful to Mr. Patel for his guidance, patience, and commitment to get me out of this legal hole with no adverse effects to my career. He heard my concerns and saw my pain and embarrassment from day one, and worked hard on my case for over a year to get the desired results.
