The Crockett Law Offices

Hello and good afternoon Mr. Crockett....I am not one to make anyone look or sound bad but I have a lawyer there that is supposed be working my case but I NEVER hear from him even after I have made many attempts to contact him and he will not return my calls and I've has this case since Feb of 2023 and I yet to know anything that's going on. What am I to do if my lawyer that works there does not return nor keep me updated with my case when the insurance company will not spwak with me because I've retained him.

Marlon is as unprofessional as he is both lazy and rude, I donth know about other lawyers but if you come across Marlon pls run the opposite direction, not to mention he is very spiteful. Made over 7 attempts both in the office and on his personal phone he never called back, sometimes he will pick his cell and then ask me to call on the office line without even trying to know why am calling, he intentionally messed up my case knowing it's difficult to get another lawyer after engaging with him, the insurance keep calling insisting they have to speak to my lawyer but he is "nowhere to be found" latter I found out from an insider he alledgedly does not want to handle my case and was using delay tactics to mess up my case. Marlon is terrible.

Tracy and Robert stayed on my case and helped me threw the intire ordeal there not very hard to get in touch with and regularly returned phone calls when outside the office
