Truckers... Male sure you don't come earlier than an hour before your appointment time. For the most part once checked in at the gate u will be given a door number. Slide your tandems, get loaded and once completed you will have to do a self checkout. Go to the exit gate, type your trailer number, grab a seal from the container below the computer screen and get your paperwork from the window with the slot left of the screen and be on your way. This place, like any other Niagara plant, are pathetic. The one thing they are supposed to do at this facility is load trucks with bottled water. Why then does it take 5-9 hours to load? My grandma would work faster than these people and she's 80 years old. When booking loads out/in to this place, charge them accordingly. That is the only way to get them to move faster, minimum $1800 to NorCal.

Fast pick up. In and out. Love this place. Everyone should have such a system. Makes my job so much better.

The facility is great,However the person answering the intercom couldn't understand basic English..............Communication Skills are vital in Transportation!!!!!

Fast loading average wait time is 30 to 45 minutes, very nice professional people working here, overnight parking available across the street at Galaxy Burgers ????
