Nick is hands down one of the best Lawyers I’ve met in my young life. Since May of 2021 Nick has stuck by my side through thick and thin of multiple high conflict Custody Court, Child Support Court, Divorce Court & Family Court. Originally Nick had been assigned to me as my court appointed attorney for the start of everything and back then I knew right away he was not only honest but also willing to go the extra mile to represent his clients. Working for Pennie’s he fought tooth and nail to make sure I was receiving fair treatment and judgement and after that I chose to officially retain him. Almost five years later and I could not be happier with his professionalism, willingness to not back down and his creative & strategic mind. If you need a guy to tell you he's going to do something, then not move at all, nick is your guy. He couldn't make simple contact with another attorney for a home purchase, even though he said multiple times he would. He dragged my situation along for months by answering his phone one week, then ignoring it for two. Then cycle repeats. I had to get a new lawyer so I could continue with my life plans. Nick is a great attorney who provides adequate time and help for even the smallest cases that land into his hands.
