I've used Attorney Nichols before. For some reason when I called this time, I couldn't leave a voicemail because box was full. So I submitted a contact form online and have yet to hear from the office.

Customer service could improve. A paralegal told a seller that due to heavy workload, they were not able to look up their file and provide an update at the time of the call. That response does not exuberate exceptional service and/or customer care
