REAR-ENDED TWICE: His specialty is personal injury. Nick Brown is definitely top notch in his field. I've personally benefited from Nick's talents more than once. While at a COMPLETE STOP, 2 different times at 2 different stop lights roughly two blocks apart on DUFF AVENUE in Ames (no surprise there), I was rear-ended. Both hits were pretty hard, totaling one of my vehicles, an uglifying the other. Unbelievably these occurred only TWO MONTHS APART, back in 2017. Seriously, what are the odds?!?! Well, it happened. Nick was able to get me adequate compensation for each incident. It was then I realized that some personal injury attorneys are not just money hungry zealots who prey on insurance companies' fat pockets to gain profits from false or overblown situations and consequences. I found Nick to be genuine, and felt as though he had my best interest in mind just as much as he did his law firms. Personally I've always been opposed to superfluous litigation, as the end outcome is higher rates for those of us who are insured by the companies. But there's no guilt here...the amount I was rewarded was fair and not over-the-top. My medical bills were covered and I got into a decent new-to-me used car after each accident. The whole thing from start to finish was fairly quick and painless (pun intended), as he took care of every detail and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Absolutely the attorney for anyone with a sound and factual case to present. In fact, I didn't contact him for a small amount of time, so he contacted me eventhough there were no new developments.
