Everything was great except for call return. I waited (LoL) patiently for approximately two and a half weeks. When I finally got ahold of them they said, oh I didn't realize you needed anything at all. However, they were the ones who told me I had to wait for the phone call. The moral of the story call when you think you need to instead of waiting for them to call.

They dragged our home purchase out some 2-3 months until it flopped then are now refusing to return the earnest money after 3 weeks since the contract became void.
