The Nolan Lim Law Firm represented me successfully in my employment suit against one of the largest telecom and media giants in the US. Mr. Lim was always available to answer questions and strategize though the long process. The letters he drafted proved instrumental in documenting my case in a compelling way. His knowledge about employment law and tenacious pursuit of a settlement/win resulted in a substantial payment that I was more than pleased with. I can and do heartily recommend Nolan Lim’s firm to anyone seeking an Employment attorney.

This is the least trustworthy and selfish attorney I have ever worked with. Despite his WELALAW.org webpage, Mr. Lim has no whistleblower or Qui Tam experience. He tried to use my case on other matters to insist he also take a stab at Whistleblower and Qui Tam experience which his firm never practiced and has yet to practice. He never accomplished anything and I learned Mr. Lim is now claiming he performed “pro bono” Whistleblower and Qui Tam services while charging for other work he mostly never performed. He had no federal experience, he accomplished nothing, and I was certainly never a pro bono client. Avoid this attorney at all costs. He was mostly professional in emails and he used phone calls to make threats, contradict his emails, talk about other client’s case work, vent about other parties, and bemoan his inability to collaborate with the other party. He made so many verbal misstatements over the phone that I had to stop taking his surprise, unscheduled calls, often around 6pm. We severed the attorney client relationship because I withdrew his representation from whistleblower and Qui Tam matters because he had no experience, I taught him content, and he could never contracted with an attorney with federal experience to join him. He made up stories and used me to try to advance his experience where he had none, while failing to meet his duties.

I have been working with Nolan Lim for the past 1 year. He has always been courteous, kind, respectful, attentive, responds quickly to any questions I have had, and puts things into a perspective where you can understand clearly. He has helped me in more ways then I can explain. He’s also extremely personable. I enjoyed working with Nolan and I will continue to keep him in mind for the future!
