2 stars because I feel Michael Reid is innocent to the new changes and just goes to the extra money he is making but Dianne has stepped up significantly to her clients and refused to be apart of the crazy over greedy money grab that has occurred...I am happy Dianne took 80% of the clients during the new transition...I have never felt so violated or taken advantage of since Pacific cascade took over... Its an understatement that my wallet is empty and so is my inbox on Gmail with pertinent info regarding my custody/visitation case with my child. They will point the finger and make excuses often but the real reason is they don't VALUE us clients/customers...and in America the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT unless you hire this attorney firm..please be cautious and do your research because Washington is a left wing state and this Firm is acting similar... Good luck!! And if you can choose a different firm !!!

I hired this firm to represent me in a custody case in July 2020, involving false allegations, from a documented long-history abusive ex spouse. I had over 10 years of documented evidence to include DHS reports, police incident reports and more. They charged me over $20k in fees and did not prepare correctly or represent me as best possible. I gave then 90% of the evidence to use! I found myself constantly having to call my attorney, Scarlett, to check status and request prepping for court, etc. She was always busy and brushed me off. I would NEVER use this firm again, for anything. I would recommend any fathers needing representation to use Loren Thompson Law, as they represented me in a 2010 case and were victorious. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT WILL CONSTANTLY CHARGE YOU FOR FAILING TO PREPARE YOU FOR COURT OR ARGUE YOUR SIDE EFFECTIVELY (my experience only)
