I haven't even settled yet, but the level of confidence that Mr Simone has managed to put in me with his consistent attention, excellent explanations and the belief I have that besides his payday, he so badly wants to see his clients taken care of. As a person in sales who gives out his personal cell phone to clients as well, I know that it could be a complete and utter pain in the butt to smile and put on a game face when you're trying to relax after a long day and watch a ball game. But not once has he made me feel like I've been bothering him. Just for those facts alone, I feel confident giving him this rating. The office is easy to find, decorated nicely, and always smells great. The people who work there are friendly and Thomas Simones is great! He constantly kept in contact to see if I was feeling any better after my accident and how my treatment was progressing. He would call or text with any updates on my case.
